A great tool for cleaning your temp files and other random crap that is on your computer is CCleaner. I have been using this for about a year or so now and love it. It keeps your crap from clogging up your computer. It also does a great job of cleaning your registry (one thing that can really kill your computer). I install this on ALL my computers, and recommend others do to.
